Our tax service includes:
- Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS)
As of January 1, 1999, the Internal Revenue Service is required to collect taxes electronically from an estimated three million businesses. All 940 (Federal unemployment) and 941 (Federal withholding, Social Security, and Medicare) taxes are paid by us using EFTPS. In addition, we will file the quarterly 941 reports (or annual 944 reports) and the annual 940 report with the Internal Revenue Service. - State Unemployment Tax
We will file your quarterly state unemployment reports and send the tax payment with the reports. We are already prepared to make payments electronically as individual states begin to allow electronic payments. - State and Local Withholding Taxes.
Regardless of your filing status (monthly, quarterly, or other) we will make sure that your taxes are paid on time. If you have employees in more than one state or employees that reside in one state but work in another state, you will certainly find our tax service beneficial. You only need to tell us which state receives withholding taxes and which state receives unemployment taxes and we will do the rest!
